We regret to inform you that, as a result of the recent implementation of congestion tolling in New York City and New Jersey, we will be applying travel toll fees to all bookings that involve travel into Manhattan and all areas of New Jersey.
While we understand that this may not be the news you were hoping for, we assure you that this decision is dictated by the new government regulations aimed at reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality in our bustling urban centers.
To clarify, there will be no travel or toll fees incurred for bookings that take place in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, or the Long Island metropolitan area. So, if you're planning a wedding in any of these boroughs, consider yourself in the clear—no tolls and no worries! Think of it as a silver lining in the cloud of congestion tolls; after all, who doesn't love a little extra cash in their pocket?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, these congestion tolls are beyond our control, and we are simply trying to navigate the new landscape of travel in the region.
To put it humorously, we didn’t choose the toll life; the toll life chose us!
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adapt to these changes.
For those unfamiliar with the details, the congestion tolling system in NYC is designed to charge vehicles entering certain high-traffic areas during peak hours and does not exclude the tunnels between NY & NJ.
While these initiatives are aimed at improving the overall travel experience, they do come with some growing pains—like unexpected toll fees.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these new regulations together. If you have any questions or need assistance with your bookings, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you get from point A to point B, with as few bumps in the road as possible—toll fees notwithstanding!
